Ogie, ibinahagi mga sinabi ni Miriam noon: "Dapat binoboto walang bahid sa kanyang record"

Ogie Diaz shared a part of the closing statement of the late Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago during the 2016 Pilipinas Presidential Debates.

Defensor was trying to inform the people the kind of characteristics that they must look for in a president.

The late senator would reiterate that the presidential elections is not a personality contest.

She mentioned top three things to look for when choosing a candidate to vote for.

"The next president should have academic excellence, professional excellence, moral excellence."

She also emphasized that people should vote for someone without any stain in their track records.

"Dapat ang binoboto natin, walang bahid sa kanyang record."

Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago died in 2016. She was named by The Australian in 1997 as one of The 100 Most Powerful Women in the World.
