Ella Cruz, 25, shed tears during her recent interview with Boy Abunda where she was asked about the reactions of celebrities regarding her controversial statement.

Previously, Ella made headlines for her viral "history is like tsismis" comment, with the actress trending all over social media for weeks.

Following this news, we learned that Boy frankly asked Ella if she was deeply hurt by Pokwang's tweets about her comment.

In the video, Ella admitted that the people she previously worked with were people she considered to be family.

"Meron ding mga nag-react na kasamahan natin sa industriya, nasaktan ka?" Boy asked to which Ella replied, "Sobra. Sobra po. Yun yung mga pamilya na tinuring mo eh, ang laki ng respeto mo sa kanila."

Eventually, Boy did not hesitate to ask Ella about Pokwang's viral "iodine" tweet which was posted amid the actress's viral statement.

"Diretsang tanong, nasaktan ka dun sa post ni Pokwang?" Boy asked. Ella then admitted that she was not expecting to see such tweets from Pokwang, "Hindi ko po inasahan na masasabi niya yun. Naging nanay ko po kasi siya, even though 10 years ago. Okay lang yun isang tweet, pero tatlo po kasi yung nakita ko eh. Yung pangalawa, OA na, below the belt na."

Aside from Pokwang, Boy also asked Ella about Agot Isidro's "no comment" advice for Ella on her Twitter account.

"There was another post, pero iba naman ang tono, si Agot," Boy recalled. While she was initially shocked, Ella said she was stunned to see how Agot reacted to the news, "Nagulat po ako kasi parang after naman namin magka-work, wala naman na po kaming connection. So parang sabi ko, 'Bakit may pag-tweet?' Medyo ganun po kasi una po siyang nag-tweet eh. Pero nung nakita ko yung kay Mamang, 'Bakit mas mabuti pa si Tita Agot?' na parang she's just trying to save me, na parang wala siyang sinabing masama, sinabi lang niyang, 'Sana nag no comment ka na lang.'"

Halfway through the interview, Ella clarified that she is not mad at all about Agot's tweets and even appreciated her advice.

"Wala akong galit o sama ng loob kay Miss Agot, kasi somehow, na-appreciate ko po. Para niya akong pinapayuhan," the actress said.
