LTO, inutusan si "Yanna Motovlog" na i-surrender ang lisensiya at dalhin ang motor sa next hearing

The Land Transportation Office has directed "Yanna Motovlog" to surrender her suspended driver’s license.

This came after the female moto-vlogger failed to appear at the LTO hearing regarding her case.

Meanwhile, the pickup driver involved in the altercation with Yanna was present during the said hearing.

It can be recalled that Yanna’s driver’s license was placed under a 90-day preventive suspension by the LTO to allow for a proper investigation.

“We imposed a 90-day preventive suspension on her driver’s license as part of the ongoing investigation into the incident. In the light of her absence during the hearing, we mandated her, through her legal counsel, to surrender her driver’s license. That is for her own good,” said LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II.

Another hearing is set on Thursday, May 8. Yanna was not just ordered to surrender her suspended driver's license, but also to bring the motorcycle she was riding during the incident.

According to the LTO, during the hearing, the motorcycle Yanna was using that day during the said road rage was actually not registered under her name.
